I understand and agree to make all payments by signing up for this service.  I also understand that Bodi & Associates, Inc. is in no way responsible for any damages, express or implied, resulting from any failures by Bodi & Associates, or any of its employees and contractors, and the sole remedy for any harm resulting from this service is to extend service or provide a refund.  I also understand that I alone am responsible for any content of my Web Site, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bodi & Associates for any harm to any person resulting from such site.

NOTE:  These terms are to protect Bodi & Associates from any harm that you may cause by improper use of Bodi & Associates Inc. equipment to set up a web site.   These terms also prevent you from recovering any more than a refund of the money that you spent for these services in the unlikely event that Bodi & Associates equipment or personnel fail.
